Coating Process

1.Fine Pretreatment:

Carry out ultrasonic degreasing and cleaning for daily hardware, then dry at constant temperature.

2.Batch Fixture Clamping:

Adopt special precision fixtures for batch clamping and reasonable arrangement of small workpieces.

3.High Vacuum Purification:

Pump the furnace to high vacuum to isolate moisture and impurity gas.

4.Plasma Surface Activation:

Argon ion bombardment activates workpiece surface and refines substrate texture.

5.Decorative Protective Layer Deposition:

Deposit buffer transition layer firstly, then form fine and bright decorative protective coating.

6.Constant-temperature Cooling & Stabilization:

Slow gradient cooling relieves internal coating stress and stabilizes film structure.

7.Finished Product Quality Inspection:

Conduct random inspection on appearance, color, flatness, adhesion, anti-fouling and wear resistance. Only qualified products are put into use.
