Coating Process

1.Ultra-clean Pretreatment:

Complete multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning, dust-free pure water rinsing and constant-temperature dust-free drying.

2.Precision Seamless Clamping:

Adopt dedicated optical precision fixtures to fit irregular structures of miniature digital parts.

3.High Vacuum Evacuation:

Place workpieces into sealed chamber and pump to high vacuum condition.

4.Plasma Substrate Activation:

Carry out plasma surface activation treatment inside vacuum chamber.

5.Vacuum Multilayer Optical Deposition:

Achieve accurate film thickness control and alternate deposition of multi-layer optical functional films.

6.Hydrophobic Functional Curing:

Form durable hydrophobic anti-fouling layer to realize long-term waterproof, anti-fog and easy-clean performance.
