3.High Vacuum Purification: Evacuate the furnace to eliminate moisture inside substrate micropores.

4.Evaporation Deposition: Perform low-speed even evaporation to form smooth and delicate decorative coating.

5.Mirror Back Coating Spraying: Apply professional mirror back protective paint to stabilize the reflective film layer.

6.Top Coat Thermal Curing: Cure coating via constant-temperature baking to strengthen overall film structure.

7.Finished Product Quality Inspection: Test surface smoothness, color tone, light transmittance, adhesion and wear resistance. Only qualified products are put into use.
