Coating Process

1.Precision Pretreatment:

Conduct ultrasonic degreasing and fine cleaning on bathroom hardware, then dry at constant temperature

2.Precision Fixture Clamping:

Fix workpieces with dedicated clamps to achieve all-round uniform coating

3.High Vacuum Evacuation:

Build high vacuum inside sealed furnace to isolate moisture and impurities

4.Plasma Activation Cleaning:

Argon plasma bombardment activates substrate and optimizes surface condition

5.Transition Layer Deposition:

Deposit thin underlying transition layer to relieve stress between substrate and coating

6.Decorative Functional Layer Deposition:

7.Gradient Constant-temperature Cooling:
