Coating Process

1.Fine Polishing & Pretreatment:

Carry out fine polishing, degreasing, dedusting and constant temperature drying for decorative hardware.

2.Seamless Fixture Clamping:

Adopt special hangers for multi-angle clamping to minimize clamping marks.

3.High Vacuum Evacuation:

Pump the furnace to high vacuum to remove moisture, dust and all impurities.

4.Plasma Surface Activation:

Ion bombardment activates workpiece surface to strengthen coating adhesion.

5.Decorative DLC Deposition:

Deposit high-end decorative hard coating with pure color via accurate parameter control.

6.Gradient Cooling & Stabilization:

Gradual cooling relieves internal film stress and fixes stable matte texture.

7.Appearance & Performance Inspection:

Check color, texture, flatness, wear resistance, stain resistance and coating adhesion. Only qualified products are put into use.
