Coating Process

1.Precision Substrate Pretreatment:

Finish ultrasonic degreasing, dust removal, pure water cleaning and drying.

2.Stable Soft-fixture Clamping:

Fix workpieces steadily with dedicated soft rubber clamps.

3.Electrostatic Adhesion Primer Spraying:

Apply exclusive plastic primer to smooth out surface textures.

4.Low-temperature Primer Curing:

Adopt low-temperature constant temperature baking to fit plastic material features.

5.High Vacuum Purification:

Put parts into sealed vacuum furnace to eliminate water vapor, oxygen and floating dust.

6.Evaporation Decorative Coating:

Form thin and even metallic decorative film via evaporation deposition.

7.Functional Topcoat Spraying:

Spray high-transparent wear-resistant topcoat; clear coat for color fixation and custom color coating are both available.

8.UV Fast Curing:

Realize rapid curing at low temperature without causing damage to plastic substrates.

9.Finished Product Quality Inspection:

Fully check appearance, flatness, color uniformity, coating adhesion and weather resistance. Only qualified products are put into use.
