Coating Process
1.Wheel Substrate Pretreatment:
Complete paint stripping, derusting, degreasing and dust removal.
2.Protective Precision Clamping:
Fix wheels firmly with dedicated professional fixtures.
3.Special Primer Spraying:
Evenly coat the substrate surface with exclusive wheel primer.
4.Primer Thermal Curing:
Bake at constant temperature to ensure thorough primer drying.
5.High Vacuum Evacuation:
Place workpieces into sealed furnace and establish high vacuum environment.
6.Vacuum Metalized Coating:
Deposit metallic coating to form popular tones including bright silver, gunmetal grey, pure black and more.
7.Wear-resistant Topcoat Spraying:
Apply high-transparent durable topcoat; clear coat for color fixation or custom tinted coat are both available.
8.Accurate Topcoat Curing:
Conduct precise constant-temperature baking to enhance topcoat hardness and wear resistance.
9.Finished Product Quality Inspection:
Test surface flatness, color consistency, coating adhesion, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Only qualified products are put into use.
