Coating Process

1.Precision Substrate Pretreatment:

Conduct degreasing and thorough cleaning, followed by constant temperature drying.

2.Standardized Fixture Clamping:

Neatly clamp workpieces according to shapes and keep reasonable spacing.

3.High Vacuum Purification:

Pump the furnace to high vacuum to remove moisture and air impurities.

4.Plasma Surface Activation:

Argon ion bombardment activates workpiece surface and optimizes substrate structure.

5.Household Decorative Coating Deposition:

Deposit stress-buffering transition layer first, then form wear-resistant and anti-fouling decorative coating.

6.Gradient Stress Relief & Stabilization:

Slow in-furnace cooling releases internal coating stress and stabilizes film structure.

7.Finished Product Quality Inspection:

Inspect color consistency, surface flatness, wear resistance and coating adhesion. Only qualified products are put into use.
