Coating Process

1.Precision Pretreatment:

Complete ultrasonic cleaning, pure water rinsing and constant temperature drying.

2.Precision Fixture Clamping:

Fix products with dedicated fixtures to adapt to irregular structural shapes.

3.Dust-free Primer Electrostatic Spraying:

Apply special primer via electrostatic spraying in dust-free workshop.

4.Primer Curing & Leveling:

Bake at constant temperature for full leveling and thorough drying.

5.High Vacuum Evacuation:

Load workpieces into high-vacuum furnace to isolate moisture, oxygen and dust.

6.Low-temperature Evaporation Deposition:

Heat coating materials at low temperature for evaporation and uniform deposition on workpiece surfaces.

7.Protective Topcoat Spraying:

Spray high-transparent protective topcoat after vacuum coating; customized color tones are available.

8.Top Coat Constant-temperature Curing:

Cure topcoat by constant temperature baking to enhance coating hardness and surface smoothness.

9.Finished Product Inspection:

Conduct full inspection on appearance, adhesion, anti-fouling property and corrosion resistance. Only qualified products are put into use.
