Coating Process

1.Surface Pretreatment: Eliminate static electricity, dust and oil stains on plastic surfaces, then finish drying.

2.Batch Fixture Clamping: Arrange workpieces in batches with dedicated hangers and keep proper gaps.

3.Dust-free Electrostatic Primer Spraying: Spray dedicated primer via electrostatic spraying in dust-free workshop.

4.Primer Curing & Leveling: Conduct constant temperature baking to achieve complete primer leveling and drying.

5.High Vacuum Purification: Evacuate the furnace to remove internal air and impurities.

6.Evaporation Coating Deposition: Coating materials evaporate under heating and evenly adhere to plastic surfaces.

7.Protective Topcoat Spraying: Apply high-transparent protective topcoat after vacuum coating, custom colors are available.

8.Top Coat Thermal Curing: Cure topcoat through constant temperature baking to boost coating hardness and surface smoothness.

9.Finished Product Inspection: Carry out random sampling test on appearance, color consistency and coating adhesion. Only qualified products are put into use.
