Coating Process

1.Precision Pretreatment:

Conduct ultrasonic cleaning and drying to remove stains, impurities and surface oxides.

2.Dedicated Fixture Clamping:

Adopt layered fixed-point clamping to eliminate coating blind areas and ensure uniform film formation.

3.High Vacuum Evacuation:

Create high vacuum environment inside the furnace to isolate moisture and oxygen and avoid coating oxidation.

4.Plasma Activation & Cleaning:

Ion bombardment refines substrate surface to enhance coating adhesion.

5.Transition Layer Deposition:

Deposit buffer transition layer to avoid coating delamination and cracking in service.

6.Functional Layer Deposition:

Deposit high-hardness wear-resistant coating to greatly boost workpiece wear resistance.

7.Constant-temperature Cooling & Stabilization:

Gradual cooling relieves internal stress and stabilizes coating structure.

8.Finished Product Performance Inspection:

Conduct random sampling test on coating hardness, wear resistance and adhesion.
