Application: Stamping dies, injection molds, die-casting molds, drawing dies and precision mold components

Coating Properties:

• Coating Thickness: Precisely controlled within 2.0 ~ 10 μm
• Surface Hardness: 2800 ~ 3000 HV
• Friction Coefficient: As low as 0.20 ~ 0.28

Coating Process

1.Surface Pretreatment:

Conduct ultrasonic degreasing, cleaning and drying to achieve clean substrate surface.

2.Fixture Mounting & Loading:

Fix molds with dedicated fixtures for orderly placement and eliminate coating blind areas.

3.High Vacuum Evacuation:

Remove internal air and moisture inside the chamber to avoid coating oxidation.

4.Plasma Etching & Activation:

Adopt argon plasma bombardment to activate mold surface.

5.Metallic Transition Layer Deposition:

Deposit metallic transition layer to seal surface micropores.

6.Hard Functional Layer Deposition:

Deposit professional mold hard coating with excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

7.In-furnace Cooling & Unloading:

Complete slow furnace cooling then take out finished molds.

8.Quality Inspection & Warehousing:

Inspect appearance, film thickness and coating adhesion. Only qualified products can be put into formal production.
