Coating Process

1.Precision Pretreatment:

Polish and remove scale from workpieces, perform ultrasonic degreasing and dust removal, then dry at constant temperature.

2.Precision Fixture Clamping:

Firmly fix workpieces with professional fixtures to avoid blocking working surfaces.

3.High Vacuum Evacuation:

Pump the chamber to high vacuum to fully eliminate water vapor and impurity gases.

4.Plasma Activation Etching:

High-energy plasma bombards workpiece surfaces to refine substrate structure.

5.DLC Film Deposition:

Introduce carbon source gas to deposit dense low-temperature DLC diamond-like carbon functional coating.

6.Stress Relief & Stabilization:

Gradient cooling relieves internal coating stress and stabilizes rigid film structure.

7.Strict Performance Inspection:

Test coating hardness, thickness uniformity, adhesion and wear resistance.
