CICEL India Visit: Vacuum Coating Machine Client Follow-up

Recently, the CICEL team arrived in India to conduct on-site visits to both new and existing customers and to check the operation of delivered vacuum coating and UV curing spraying equipment.

Recently, CICEL General Manager, accompanied by a professional technical team composed of senior engineers and after-sales service experts, embarked on a special trip to India to conduct in-depth on-site visits to multiple key long-term clients. The core purpose of this trip was to personally inspect the actual operation status of the PVD vacuum coating machines provided by CICEL, listen to the clients’ on-site feedback, solve practical application problems, and further deepen the strategic cooperative relationship between the two parties in the field of vacuum coating technology. This visit not only fully demonstrated CICEL’s emphasis on global clients and its professional service concept but also laid a more solid foundation for expanding the Indian market and enhancing brand influence in South Asia.

During the 10-day in-depth visit, the CICEL team adhered to the principle of “understanding needs on the spot, solving problems on the spot, and optimizing services on the spot”, and arrived at the production bases of each key client one by one, covering major industrial clusters in northern and western India.
